Print the registration form here on the website. Mail the completed registration with a check for $75.00 payable to Southampton Little League before March 1st 2009, after March 1st 2009, $100.00. Inlcude a copy of the birth certificate if your child has not played before. Also include a stamped self-addressed envelope so we can send you the raffle tickets which are included in the $75.00 fee. At the top of the form, please write either the name of the team played on last year or write "TRYOUT for..." (majors, minors, or softball). The mailing address is P.O. Box 335, Water Mill, NY 11976
